The "Holistic Admissions"
Fazit: Eine Beschäftigung ist sinnvoll, holistisch heisst aber nicht esoterisch. Es braucht ebenso einen Nachweiss, dass die ausgewählten Personen erfolgreich in Studium und Beruf sind. Alle Methoden, "sft skills" zu erfassen, haben die bekannten Verfälschungsprobleme, wenn sie auf Urteilsmethoden beruhen. Interviews und assessments sind aufwändig und teuer, erfordern gutes Training der Beurteiler. In Mehrstufen-Auswahlverahren können die hier entwickelten Gedanken durchaus bereichern - wenn man deren Einführung ebenso auf wissenschaftlichen Kriterien erwägt wie heute den Test.
